At what level do pets receive skills for belt stats?

All the pets will receive their first belt stat at level 40, and their secondary belt stat at level 85. For example, the Poultry at level 40 gives the skill "Belt Stat: Matk" which gives +5% M.Atk and at level 85 it will give "Belt Stat: Evasion" which gives +5% Evasion.
