It indexes many questions and answers about Rappelz which you can then easily search for.

The design enables you to search using natural language instead of search strings, so you can ask questions just like you would ask a person.

How can I bid on an Auction House item?

Click on one of the NPCs in the auction house, then place a bid on the item you want by clicking on the bid or buy now button on the bottom of the window. If another bid is already placed on the item you need to outbid it by at least 1%.
