What levels do Tortuses get their defence buff?

At Levels 40, 75 and 125.

At Level 40 it gives +75 p.def for 10 minutes.
At Level 75 it gives +150 p.def for 15 minutes.
The Buff at 125 is not yet 100% confirmed, but going along with the above number, it is likely to be around a +225 p.def buff that lasts 20 minutes.
